Salesforce Business Analyst

As Salesforce Business Analyst at FXCM, you would be the go-to person for All Things Salesforce. Emphasis will be on working with internal SMEs/Managers/Developers on developing new and improving existing workflows and functionalities.

Primary responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities for process transfer or optimization to increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk
  • Secures database hygiene, integrity and transparent manipulation; masters customization and automation functions to enable FXCM to provide outstanding client service
  • Provides team training on CRM functions and enhancements to enable the team to translate complex data output, reporting and business requirements into org’s processes
  • Develop requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies for identified and implementing solutions within Salesforce
  • Designed, built, tested and deployed enhancements using industry best practices
  • Constant evaluation to ensure Salesforce security
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation on process flows and projects
  • Working closely with developers along with business to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction
  • Working closely with QA and UA testing teams to ensure new and existing functionality is properly implemented
  • Provides peer-to-peer best practice sharing
  • Develops user guides/manuals and training materials
  • Write business requirement documents for external and internal development
  • Analyse and Create Business requirements, procedures and provide solutions
  • Responsible for Security/Access settings. Managed access and permissions through User Setup, Roles and Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, Public Groups, and Queues, Sharing Rules, and Security


  • 2+ years of hands-on experience administering and developing Salesforce instances and working with Salesforce related apps
  • 1-2 years of experience as a software business analyst or relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Experience in working in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment
  • Engineering or programming background
  • Experience in managing a small team is a plus
  • Business Process Optimization/Management experience strongly preferred
  • Willingness to learn/grow with Salesforce’s ever-changing environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
